Anti-Bullshit
Manifesto

For civil servants who've had enough of empty jargon, performative innovation, and systems that forget the people they exist to serve.

  1. Purpose before hype

Solve real problems. If it doesn't help people, it's just noise.

  2. Outcomes over buzzwords

Progress is what improves lives, not what fills slides.

  3. Fix the culture, not just the tool

No technology can fix a broken team. Trust is the real infrastructure.

  4. Pilot with intent

Try it to learn, not to show off. If it fails, say so, learn fast, and move on.

  5. The public is the only shareholder

If people do not get it, trust it, or need it: rethink it or drop it.

  6. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast

Real agility is steady, clear, and paced for humans.

  7. Clear the dust, often

Old rules, clumsy processes, and broken tools slow you down. Clear them out.

  8. "No" protects the mission

Trends fade. Integrity lasts. Say no to stay true.

  9. Quiet work builds loud trust

You do not need noise to make an impact. Consistency earns credibility.

  10. Don't automate the human out of you

Systems help. Empathy leads. Stay human. Always.
